These terms apply to your use of Partner Intel Hub, operated by Helpstone (helpstone.io). By using the service, you agree to them.

Invitation-only beta

Partner Intel Hub is in beta and available by invitation only. Features may change, and we may limit or end access to the beta at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
• Don't share your access or try to reach data you aren't authorized to see.
• Don't upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't interfere with, probe or disrupt the service.

Your data

Your organization owns the data it enters or imports. You give Helpstone permission to store and process that data only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality between partners

Information another partner shares with you is confidential. Use it only for the shared partnership, and don't disclose it to others without that partner's permission.

No warranty during beta

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Helpstone is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when the beta ends.
