Privacy Policy

Partner Intel Hub is operated by Helpstone (helpstone.io). It is an invitation-only workspace for Helpstone and its staffing-technology partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We do not request any other Google data or any Google API scopes beyond basic profile information.
• Business information: information that you and your organization enter or import, such as accounts, contacts, opportunities, notes, tasks, meetings, documents and partnership agreements.
• Usage and audit logs: records of sign-ins and actions taken in the app, which we use for security.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the service.
• To enforce access controls, so people only see what they are allowed to see.
• For security, auditing and preventing misuse.
• For support, when your organization's admin grants Helpstone support access.

Ownership and sharing

Each organization owns its data. Records are private by default. They are shared only when a user or organization explicitly shares them, and that sharing can be revoked. Helpstone has no automatic access to partner data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Use of Google user data

Our use of information received from Google complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use your name, email address and profile photo only to sign you in and to identify you within the app. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit who can reach it.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your organization uses the service, and as needed for security and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing mstapp@helpstone.io.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When it is, we take reasonable steps to protect it as described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and tell users about significant changes.
